General Terms and Conditions

APPROVED CREDIT ACCOUNTS
a)   Strictly Nett 7 days
b)   Strictly Nett 30 days from E.O.M.

NO APPROVED CREDIT ACCOUNT
In the absence of approved credit arrangements, payment for all goods must be made prior to the release of goods for delivery. A deposit, payable at time of order, may be applicable at the seller’s discretion.
We reserve the right to withhold the supply of goods unless these terms have been met. Interest will be charged on all overdue accounts.

GOODS AND SERVICES TAX (GST)
Prices quoted or contained within any pricelists are exclusive of GST. All goods will have GST added to the price shown.

PRICE ALTERATION
Prices are subject to change without notice due to cost movements beyond our control.

RETENTION OF TITLE
All goods remain the property of Bestuhl until receipt of final payment.
Debt recovery costs are to be met by the purchaser.

SPECIFICATIONS
Please note that all dimensions quoted are approximate only.

DESIGN MODIFICATION
Due to constant improvement of our products, we reserve the right to alter designs or materials without notice.

COUNCIL/AUTHORITY/ CODE COMPLIANCE
Compliance and/ or approval is to be the purchaser’s responsibility in all respects.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
It is generally not possible to cancel orders as items are specifically manufactured.

RETURN OF GOODS
Returns will not be accepted unless the items supplied are not in accordance with your order; are unused; and returned within twenty one (21) days from receipt of goods (Bestuhl must be notified of any intention to return within seven (7) days of receipt of goods).

PACKAGING
Prices do not include packaging. Packaging service is available.

DELIVERY / FREIGHT
Prices exclude delivery. Price on application.

ITW/ COM COVERINGS
No claim may be made on coverings provided to Bestuhl by the purchaser or dealer once the coverings have been delivered to Bestuhl should the purchaser fail to pay the supplier for the fabric.
Responsibility to recompense the supplier for the value of the covering lies with the purchaser.
